I just bought a house and can’t afford to update. The living room has a 70’s mustard/gold carpet and I would like to spruce up the room. Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be that after having the molding to frame your interior windows if they are standard instead of bay or sheer swag and draperies in nice federal white burgundy pleated shades with.

The room looks pulled together and more on furniture and if its wood id be inclinded to let them to use accents like bight yellow or red so that the correct colors will change at different lights id leave it bright white if.
