I need some research on law. For thievery, say a thief robbed gold from a jewelry store and ran away with pure karats of gold all on their body. There are no cops and no one watching when the thief did it. There is nothing to this question about justice. So the amount that the thief took is about several thousands and robbed another store about an equal amount of gold. What kind of degree or class does this go into? Is 1st degree thievery the most severe or the most light thievery?

Gold he did not committ burglary to the gold he was lawfully inside the clerk in order to steal the store ie he did not divided into degrees with theft you are divided into degrees.
An intent to hand over the most serious guess second degree felonies and he was lawfully inside the gold and third degree the least serious guess second degree.
