Why does my cat like the smell of Gold Bond cream?

Every time I use Gold Bond anti-itch cream for insect bites my cat hunts me down because she can smell it from across the house. She will try to lick the parts of my body on which I put the cream.

Why does she like the smell (and possibly taste) of Gold Bond cream so much?
