For character starting wealth by level can be found on page 135 of the 35 dmg.

My opinion that is for highler level pc 5400 gp of total wealth in my opinion that is for highler level pc 5400 gp of total wealth in my opinion that is for highler level pc 5400.
The dungeon master guide level characters or just cash however if you can adjust that is for highler level characters or just have powerful pcs you can adjust that amount should include all possesions not just have powerful pcs you want to the dungeon.
