How much does equipment and maintenance of a gold fish cost?

I have never had a Gold fish, and now I’m interested in getting one once I get a job.
So please help me out lol

Thanks, but I wont be able to go down to my local pet shop for a while since I am vey busy at the moment. Plus I’m on my learners permit so I cant exactly drive on my own

and my parents are busy too. So thats why I’m asking here, kinda planning ahead hey lol. Well thanks anyway.

How can I convince my friend NOT to get a Blue and Gold Macaw?

My friend isn’t very responsible and he already has a young and very hyper medium-sized black lab to take care of. He’s also in debt BIG TIME. But he wants to get a Blue and Gold Macaw. I’ve lived with birds for 13 years with my parents (our largest bird being an African Grey Parrot) and know how big of a responsibility they can be. What sort of information could you give me that will convince him not to get one besides the already obvious reasons?
Everyone has offered some GREAT opinions on this matter and I appreciate it. But I can only pick ONE of you so no hard feelings?
